Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Our processing time is usually within 24 to 72 hours after you place your order. During special holidays, the processing time may be extended, and we will notify you via email. If you order a customized product, the processing time will also be longer due to production requirements.
Shipping Cost
The base shipping fee is $7 per order, which will be reduced if there is a free shipping promotion.
Delivery Time
Our standard shipping time is usually around 10–20 days. For special or remote areas, the delivery time may be longer. If your product is customized, both the processing time and delivery time will be extended, so the overall delivery period will also be longer.
- United States (mainland): around 10 days
- Europe: around 15 days
- Asia: around 10 days
- Australia: around 15–20 days
- Other regions: usually within 30 days
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to check the latest status and monitor the shipping progress of your package. Please note that tracking information may take 3–10 days after shipment to update in the system.
Shipping Address Issues
P.O. Box Shipping
The Pinitabag will not ship to P.O. box addresses. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
If possible, please provide your complete address.
Military Address Shipping
If your address is a military base or barracks, we are unable to deliver to that location. You may change your shipping address to a nearby supermarket or retail store, and we can deliver the package to that address instead.
Address Issues
If your order has already been shipped and you contact us stating that the shipping address was entered incorrectly, we will proceed with delivery based on the address provided in your original order record. You may contact us via email to request an address change within 1 hour after placing your order. If a package is lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will not be held responsible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If the product is lost due to issues caused by the shipping carrier, we will resend a replacement item to you. If your package has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us via email, and we will assist you in tracking the shipment or arranging a reshipment if necessary.
